I would have rated the place at 5 stars if the hot dogs were not at 6 euros (they are pretty OK. I find that there is a little too much bread).
Great place for chilling as small as big company. There are tables inside and outside. You can spend you time here playing different table-games.
Here is attentive and accurate waiter. You will be surprised because of low-cost prices (5€ for good beer, 50cl).
